During debugging, we should pay attention to the blade position and whether the parts on the circuit board will collide with the body. The specific operation process includes:

1. When we confirm that the parts on the circuit board will not collide with the body, the relevant dimensions on the machine and the parts on the circuit board will not exceed the acceptable range, and we can safely and efficiently complete the commissioning of the full-automatic V-cut PCB depanelization machine.

2. Secondly, in the internal division of the machine, we should ensure that the circuit board will be accurately divided along the V-cut on the board. Of course, this also depends on whether the height adjustment of the upper guide plate is correct. If the operation is improper and the circuit board is used too high, it will not be correctly sent into the machine along the V-CUT and lead to the circuit board jumping out of the slot, resulting in low efficiency and poor handicraft quality. Therefore, before use, the position of the upper guide knife shall be adjusted according to the thickness of the divided circuit board and the depth of the V-groove on the board. The method is as follows:

First of all, when dealing with this problem, we should turn off the machine power, take out the circuit board to be divided and lay it flat on the external support board. Clamp the V-CUT slot of the circuit board on the leading knife and push it steadily towards the cutting blade in the machine until it touches the round blade. At this time, loosen the upper guide knife fixing knob to easily adjust the upper guide knife. The upper guide knife is adjusted to the appropriate height. At this time, the V-cut groove on the circuit board is not only stuck by the upper and lower guide knives, but also can be oriented correctly without jumping out to the left and right, but also can slide flexibly along the guide plate.

3. Blade spacing adjustment: after the circuit board is fed into the PCB cutting machine along the guide plate, whether it can be neatly separated by the blade and the stress in cutting process is minimized depends on whether the spacing between the upper and lower round knives of groups a, B and C is appropriate.
