Introduction to the operation method of the blade moving type PCB depanelizer machine

1. Determine the power supply voltage AC220V before startup

2. Turn on the power switch on of the equipment

3. There are five stroke settings: 0, 100, 200, 300 and 400. Select the ppropriate stroke according to the boards.

4. Adjust the upper and lower height of the cutter according to the thickness of the PCB. Select the running speed of the equipment according to the speed selection keys: ultra fast, fast, medium speed and slow.

5. Adjust the height of the platform to ensure that the PCBA board is placed horizontally.

6. During depaneling, the edge groove of PCBA shall be stuck at the position of the lower cutter. Hold the PCBA firmly with both hands and gently step on the pedal with your feet until the cutter reaches the set distance and stops automatically.
