Semi-auto PCB Depaneling Router Operation Steps

This PCB depaneling router machine is used for max 460x410mm tab panels depaneling, improving cutting effect and working efficiency!

When clients receive this semi-auto PCB depaneling machine, there are 2 wooden cases. Please follow below steps for setup.

1. Install air pressure valves.

2. Connect router and cleaner by pipe, then connect air tube.

3. Install minotor.

4. Connect power supply，cleaner: 3 phase, 380V, router: 1 phase, 220V，and turn on the cleaner and make it controlled by the router machine.

5. Turn on the computer and the machine by pressing below 3 buttons.

6. When you don't run the machine, please shut down computer first, after that, press the power switch to turn off the machine.
