Generally speaking, as long as the operation and maintenance of the PCB depanel machine are carried out in strict accordance with the operation instructions of the machine, the machine will not have any major use problems within a year or two. However, due to the influence of many factors, there will be some machine failures. The following are the common use failures and solutions of PCB board cutting machine:

1. The motor rotates and the knife does not rotate: the jacking screw of the coupling is loose. Open the rear housing and tighten the jacking screw.

2. If the indicator light does not light up after the power switch is turned on: one possibility is that the fuse segment needs to be replaced; Another possibility is that the emergency switch is not turned on.

3. The knife strikes the left and right PCB: one possibility is that the left and right travel light sensor switches are broken and need to be replaced; Another possibility is that there is too much dust on the left and right travel switches. Clean the dust.

4. Inaccurate travel: one possibility is that the travel counter is broken and needs to be replaced; The other possibility is that there is too much dust in the travel counter. Clean the dust. When this happens, pay attention to the travel compensation to better cut the PCB board.
