The most common fault of the V-cut PCB depanelizer machine is that the winding is short circuited or open circuited. The armature winding and the commutator piece have desoldering points. The bearing or copper sleeve is worn, causing the rotor to sweep the bore. When installing the equipment, the 4 brushes are installed in the wrong direction or the clearance of the newly replaced shaft sleeve is too large.

 

There may be a fault that the engine motor changes: the gap between the electromagnetic switch iron core and the connecting disc push rod is too large. The one-way clutch slips and the flywheel ring gear cannot be driven to change. The engine motor gear is severely worn and cannot mesh with the flywheel ring gear. The time-space rotation of the PCB separator may be due to the incorrect shift fork device, the shift fork sliding column device in the moving bushing so that the motor gear can not change with the shift fork, or the electromagnetic switch contact is touched too early, and the engagement gear has not yet engaged.

 

The V-cut PCB separator machine often fails to operate normally or the machine is powerless during operation. At this time, it is necessary to check whether the battery is lack of charge, the connection between the battery and the engine motor is disconnected, the wiring clip is loose or the battery pole is severely oxidized, the electromagnetic switch deflector is severely ablated or poorly touched with the two terminals, the brush is excessively worn, the tension spring is broken or the brush is stuck in the brush holder, There is oil stain between the brush and the rectifier or the rectifier blade is severely ablated.
